Unknown brooch/badge, sterling silver, 26mm diameter. Is circular, has a shield with what I think is a bar sinister on which are 4 stars, in top left half is a castle tower with flag Union Jack?, in bottom right half is a lion rampant facing outwards. On top of shield iswhat looks like the top part of of an eagle facing left.
